Frequently Asked Questions
How did the Brooke Gates Project start?
The Brooke Gates Project (BGp) was founded after Brooke joined her mother on a trip to Liberia, Africa in February 2024.
While visiting a school supported by her mother’s nonprofit organization, Library for Africa, Inc., several students around her age asked if she would help pay their tuition. What began as a commitment to pay tuition for a few students has become a growing mission to uplift many.
Does The Brooke Gates Project have projects in other countries?
Currently, BGp projects are focused on Liberia, Africa. We will expand to other countries in the future. This expansion will align with the project’s mission to empower underserved communities globally.

Brooke Gates Tuition Scholarships are awarded to underserved K-12 students. Schools must be invited to affiliate with The Brooke Gates Project network.
